We should think hard before deciding whether to declassify the remaining facts on Katyn. In my opinion, an ideal solution would be to hand over the remaining documents to Polish historians, so that they could make sure the remaining papers do not contain any horrible truths that had been concealed till now. In exchange, these historians would promise to respect personal secrets and not to publish specific names or details.
